Stress and Anxiety- 

Anxiety seems to be everywhere. We live in a stressful world. With children, teens and adults, my counseling philosophy leans towards skill building and awareness of anxiety triggers. These are especially important when there has been trauma, or when the anxiety has blossomed into panic attacks or Obsessive-Compulsive patterns. Skill building is often combined with neurofeedback for best results. You can claim control of your life, instead of having the anxiety make limiting decisions for you.

Pain Management-

Chronic health issues impact relationships, identity and emotional well-being. It is possible to find meaning, purpose and peace in the face of chronic pain. This process is very individual, and the needs and situation of each client are the guide for the counseling session. Often sessions address anxiety, grief, depression and worry that are natural parts of dealing with pain and physical challenges. Reducing emotional stress can also reduce physical stress and pain levels. Where it's appropriate, microcurrent therapy is combined with counseling to lower pain levels.
